On 18th Nov 2017, in the school assembly arena a specialmorning assembly was conducted by ECO-CLUB, signifying the“Proper dispose of electronic waste and recycling”.
Two active members, Mrs. Anita Sharma, Mrs.Meenu Gupta from a local NGO SakaratmakSoch, were present during the assembly.Eco Club Convenoer Mrs. Sonia Sujeesh welcomed the guests and appreciated their selfless service.
The gathering was made aware of the enthusiastic support of Principal Rev.Bro.Alex for this cause and the guests were assured that under the flagship of Rev.Bro.Alex, the school isever ready for any eco friendly efforts.
As a symbolic gesture of correct waste disposal, Rev.Bro Alex disposed the e-waste in e-bin. This symbolic gesture on stage definitely inspired the young minds.
Scout and Guide head Ms. Asha Singh also disposed the e-waste on stage & inspired everyone present.
This was followed by a meaningful addresal by Anita Sharma, Who quoted the example of Pollution in Delhi and very effectively made the students realize the importance of the meaningful step taken today and to pass on this valuable message to everyone and everyplace.
The assembly concluded with the formal Vote of Thanks by Ms. Pooja Mittal.
